Leading people into an authentic and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

Jesus is our rock. We are His redeemed people, made new and built into Him as living stones; We have been sent out as priests and ministers with the good news of restoration.

Our Mission

Build a Christ-centered community that transforms lives and impacts our city and beyond with God’s love. Through intentional discipleship, compassionate outreach, and empowering leadership, we seek to inspire generations to follow Jesus and make a lasting impact on our world.

Our Values

We proclaim the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Whether you are struggling with past hurts, personal failings, or facing overwhelming challenges, Jesus offers victory. Through His sacrifice, Jesus has paid in full the price to restore you back to a relationship with God. No matter how broken a life may seem, nothing is beyond His power to redeem and restore. In Jesus, we find forgiveness, healing, and a fresh start, knowing His mercy is greater than any mistake.

God is love. As followers of Jesus, we embody his love and bring his message of love to every person irrespective of their spiritual state. We believe God does not demand that people change their lives before they come to him – “while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” – Romans 5:8. God accepts and transforms everyone who comes to him.

We believe that Jesus invited each of us to follow Him and live our lives in deepening connection with him. We believe that time spent with Jesus, reading his Word, worshipping him, and spending time with His people will result in ongoing transformation. We give ourselves to becoming people who progressively look more like Jesus, act more like him, and are filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

At Living Rock, we believe God has brought us together not only for Sunday meetings but to share all aspects of life. We are committed to humbly living life alongside one another, shaping and encouraging each other into the fullness of God’s purpose. We need each other to help guide and build us into maturity, and so that we together manifest the fullness of Jesus Christ. When one rejoices, we all celebrate; when one grieves, we all share in the burden. Our fellowship is a reflection of God’s love — rich and intentional. Whether through prayer, shared meals, or simple acts of kindness, we strive to create a community where every person is known, valued, and supported.

Prayer is our privilege, to be able to speak to God and to hear his voice. Our devotion to prayer extends beyond individual moments of reflection; it is woven into the fabric of our church family and is the foundation of everything we do. We come together regularly to intercede for one another, our city, and the world. Whether in small gatherings, corporate worship, or personal devotion, we seek to cultivate a culture of prayer that fuels our faith and transforms lives. We are committed to praying boldly, persistently, and expectantly; trusting that through prayers, God will move in mighty ways.

We are a church that believes in active faith, one that moves beyond words and into action. We believe no follower of Jesus is called to be spectators; we are participants in God’s kingdom work. Each of us has been gifted uniquely, and together, we form the body of Christ, working in unity to reflect His love and compassion to the world. Whether through acts of kindness, using our talents to build up the church, or reaching out to those in need, we embrace the joy and responsibility of serving. When we serve, we not only bless others but also grow spiritually, becoming more like Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve.
